Did you try hand typing in the file path? Sometimes following the automated route where they let you select the folder from File Explorer will just paste the new source path after the old source path. It looks like the old source file path didn’t change until you widen the column for the source file path to reveal the full path. The new source path might be pasted right after the old one. If that’s what happened, you’d have to erase the whole path, type out the new one, and see if that works. If that doesn’t work, then try unlinking the clips, clearing the cache, restarting DaVinci, and giving the steps another go. If nothing works, one last trick that worked for me (yesterday) was I opened the project on a different computer and things linked up there. Hope this helps!
on method 1 what if the source folder won't change it keeps just putting it as the wrong folder.
